Returns & Exchange Policy

Refunds

We will be happy to provide a refund on purchased items with no questions asked within 90 days of delivery of the item to you as long as items are unused and in the original packaging (see below).

Customers that return items for refund will need to pay the cost of return shipping. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Refunds will be made via the same method that original payment was made.


Exchange or Store Credit

Items can be returned for store credit or exchange within 1 year of original purchase as long as items are unused and in the original packaging (see below).

If items are returned for exchange or store credit then Baby Sleep Store will pay the cost of return shipping. See below for instructions on how to return items at our cost.


Item Condition for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit

Items will be accepted for refund or return as long as the returned item is in original, unused condition in the original packaging. Please be careful when packing the item for return so that the packaging is not damaged during shipping. Returned items that are not received in original condition may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

We cannot accept used or opened items for return. Please make sure you check our brand size guides before purchase to ensure that you have selected the correct size.


How to Return Items for Refund

If you would like a refund on a purchased item please follow the process as outlined below:

1. Email us at customerservice@babysleepstore.com.au or 1300 413 400 to advise us that you are making a return and would like a refund. Please let us know the product and order number if possible.

2. Please return the item (with original packing slip if possible) to:

How to Return Items for Store Credit

If you would like to exchange a purchased item for exchange or store credit, please follow the process as outlined below.

1. Email us at customerservice@babysleepstore.com.au or 1300 413 400 to advise us that you are making a return and would like a refund. Please let us know the product and order number if possible, as well as your preference for exchange or store credit.

2. We will provide you with the reply paid details via email to return the item at our cost.


Faulty Items

All products are checked prior to dispatch, however on the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item, we will work with you to do whatever necessary to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you believe that you have been sold a faulty item, please contact us at customerservice@babysleepstore.com.au or 1300 413 400 and provide details of the fault, including photos if possible. This will usually mean that we can send out a replacement item even before you have returned the faulty one.

We will always adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products are described incorrectly, have developed a fault or are not fit for the purpose described.
